Job Summary
We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team and provide exceptional technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client support tickets and provide accurate, timely solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems.
- Train users on new system features and updates.
- Document support activities and maintain solution records.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years in technical support, preferably in ITSM or ITIL environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar platforms).
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure (Servers, Domains, Active Directory, Networks, DNS/DHCP, etc.).
- Customer-oriented with high attention to detail.
