Position Purpose
Provide high-level technical expertise and subject matter leadership across Building and Infrastructure projects and opportunities. Act as the technical reference for complex assignments, supporting business development, tendering, project delivery and client engagement by ensuring technically sound, compliant and innovative solutions aligned with Bureau Veritas standards and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum 7 years of experience in Building and Infrastructure projects, engineering consultancy, construction supervision, technical advisory, PMCM or TIC services.

Position Purpose
Provide high-level technical expertise and subject matter leadership across Building and Infrastructure projects and opportunities. Act as the technical reference for complex assignments, supporting business development, tendering, project delivery and client engagement by ensuring technically sound, compliant and innovative solutions aligned with Bureau Veritas standards and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for Building and Infrastructure services across the project lifecycle.
- Provide expert technical review of client requirements, RFPs, RFQs/TFQs, ITTs, technical specifications, drawings and tender documentation.
- Support Business Development and Tendering teams by defining technical solutions, methodologies, execution strategies and service offerings.
- Deliver technical evaluations, feasibility assessments and technical due diligence for prospective projects and opportunities.
- Identify technical risks, constraints and project-specific challenges and recommend mitigation measures.
- Provide specialist technical guidance during project execution and support resolution of complex engineering and operational challenges.
- Participate in client meetings, technical workshops, presentations and discussions as the technical authority.
- Mentor engineers and technical teams by sharing knowledge and best practices.
