How You’ll Make An Impact
- Analyze technical specifications and customer requirements to prepare accurate and competitive technical bids for switchgear products.
- Collaborate with engineering and estimation teams to define cost structures, technical compliance, and risk assessments for proposals.
- Draft technical descriptions, compliance statements, and bid documentation in line with company standards and customer expectations.
- Coordinate with the Factory Loading & Operational Excellence team to evaluate production capacity against incoming sales pipelines and project timelines.
- Assess the technical feasibility of delivery schedules for new bids, ensuring the factory meets committed lead times.
- Act as the primary technical interface between sales teams, project management, and factory operations to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales support, bidding, or engineering within the switchgear or power transmission industry.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing facility or factory operational environment in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of medium/high voltage switchgear technologies and electrical grid systems.
- Expertise in technical estimation, cost calculation, and proposal drafting for industrial equipment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP) and strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
