The Epson Technical Sales Specialist is a joint Epson and NMK funded role based within, and reporting directly to, NMK management. The primary purpose of the position is to drive sales growth, increase market share, and provide technical expertise for the manufacturer's professional AV solutions across the distributor's reseller and integrator network. The role is based in and focused on KSA, but there may be requirements to support other countries in the Middle East region

The successful candidate will act as the technical and commercial champion for the manufacturer's portfolio, working closely with Epson and NMK sales teams, brand team (NMK), pre-sales teams, reseller partners, consultants, and end users to identify opportunities, shape solutions alongside NMK's pre-sales/design team, and support projects through the sales cycle.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Development
  • Drive revenue growth for the Epson HBR and Algeria Series product portfolio.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through NMK’s reseller and integrator network.
  • Support NMK’s sales team in achieving agreed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute account plans for key reseller partners.
  • Increase product adoption and knowledge through regular customer engagement and pipeline development.
Technical Sales Support
  • Collaborate with Epson and NMK's pre-sales team — who lead detailed design to shape and present proposals to the client.
  • Recommend appropriate Epson products with a suitable technical fit based on customer requirements.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept solutions.
  • Support complex quotations and project configurations, including providing the client (and NMK teams) with other system requirements that compliment the Epson portfolio (media servers, audio, control, lighting, etc.).
  • Support NMK's pre-sales team with technical documentation and bill of materials preparation.
Partner Enablement
  • Conduct product training for NMK staff and reseller partners.
  • Develop relationships with consultants, system integrators, and key decision-makers, in tandem to NMK and Epson teams.
  • Promote best practices and technical standards across the channel.
Business Development
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends.
  • Work collaboratively with Epson to help execute sales campaigns and strategic initiatives.
  • Support product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, webinars, and industry events.
  • Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline using CRM tools, in sync with NMK and Epson sales teams.
Vendor Relationship Management
  • Represent Epson's brand professionally within the NMK.
  • Provide regular pipeline, forecast, and activity reports.
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews with both the NMK and Epson.
  • Ensure alignment with the NMK brand/vendor team, with agreed sales objectives and marketing initiatives.

Education, Experience, and Key Requirements:
Essential
  • 3–5 years' experience in professional Audio-Visual industry.
  • Strong understanding of AV technologies including displays (primarily), audio systems, control systems, media servers, networking, and AV over IP.
  • Proven experience supporting technical sales and solution design.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness with a consultative sales approach and confident in from of customers.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders on Epson, NMK and the solution.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms.

Desirable
  • CTS certification or equivalent AV industry qualification.
  • Experience working with AV manufacturers, distributors, or system integrators.
  • Experience with display and/or media server solutions.
  • Vendor certifications relevant to displays.
