How You'll Make An Impact
- Lead the end-to-end bid and proposal process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and competitive technical and commercial offers.
- Analyze customer requirements and RFPs, developing winning proposal strategies that align customer needs with business objectives.
- Prepare, review, and optimize technical solutions, cost calculations, and commercial proposals for GIS and high-voltage transmission projects.
- Collaborate across sales, engineering, operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure technically sound and commercially viable submissions.
- Support customer engagements, proposal presentations, clarifications, negotiations, and contract-related activities throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct market, competitor, and pricing analyses to strengthen bid strategies, improve win rates, and support long-term sales growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Control, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in bid management, proposal development, sales engineering, or technical sales, preferably within the energy, power transmission, or industrial automation sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of high-voltage transmission systems, substations, power transformers, and Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) solutions.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end bid management, technical and commercial offer preparation, proposal strategy development, and contract support.
- Ability to perform market analysis, pricing evaluations, and commercial assessments to develop competitive and profitable proposals.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with professional proficiency in English.
