Role Description
* Develop new business opportunities within industrial, educational, and government sectors.
* Promote and sell Industrial Robotics, Collaborative Robots (Cobots), Automation Solutions, Engineering Labs, STEM Labs, TVET Training Equipment, and R&D Solutions.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closing.
* Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and customer workshops.
* Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
* Build long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners.
* Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
* Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
* Represent the company in exhibitions, conferences, and customer events.
Qualifications
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:
* Mechatronics Engineering (Highly Preferred)
* Robotics Engineering
* Mechanical Engineering
* Electrical Engineering
* Automation Engineering
* Industrial Engineering
Experience
* 3–7 years of experience in Technical Sales or Business Development.
* Experience in Industrial Robotics, Automation, Engineering Equipment, or Technical Education Solutions is highly preferred.
* Experience in B2B sales.
Technical Knowledge
Experience with one or more of the following:
* Industrial Robots
* Collaborative Robots (Cobots)
* Engineering Laboratories
* STEM Education
* TVET Solutions
