Purpose Of The Position
As a Technical Officer under GDP, you will be part of the General Services Department. You will support the department in coordinating daily operations, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative and operational activities.
How can you support us?
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Background: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Languages: English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Technical Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Support the General Services Department in daily operational and administrative activities.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other required documentation.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to organize information and present data effectively.
- Coordinate and follow up on daily tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Support the department in maintaining efficient workflows and meeting operational requirements.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Job Requirements
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage fast-paced daily operations.
- Willingness to work within a schedule where the weekly rest period consists of one day only.
