Teacher – Daycare / Early Childhood Teacher

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Teacher – Daycare / Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Dhahran Day Care Center in Dhahran. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality early childhood education, leading classroom activities, planning suitable learning experiences, and maintaining effective communication with parents and administration. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in early childhood education, strong English language skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

• Work as a teacher in a daycare environment, providing a safe, supportive, and engaging learning atmosphere for young children.
• Serve as the Class Lead, taking responsibility for classroom planning, daily activities, and the implementation of suitable learning experiences.
• Act as the primary point of contact for parents and administration regarding the assigned classroom and children's progress.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and administration to support children's learning, development, and well-being.
• Plan and organize classroom activities that promote children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and administration to ensure the smooth operation of the daycare classroom.
• Monitor children's progress and maintain appropriate classroom records and documentation.

Minimum Job requirements:

• Must have a minimum of three years of full-time employment experience.
• Must have proven experience in Early Childhood Education, preferably in a daycare or preschool environment.
• Must have completed a minimum of 60 semester hours of post-secondary credit or two years of academic training beyond high school.
• A bachelor's degree in Education is preferred.
• Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
