Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent & Culture Assistant to join our People & Culture team and support key activities across Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Internal Events, and day-to-day Talent & Culture operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, communication, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and reports.
  • Support employee engagement and Talent & Culture initiatives.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing internal employee events and activities.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including vendors, venues, catering, invitations, and required materials.
  • Support employee farewell, recognition, and appreciation activities.
  • Coordinate hospitality arrangements for visitors, candidates, and business guests.
  • Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials when required.
  • Support Talent & Culture projects and other assigned initiatives.
  • Proactively communicate progress, challenges, and potential delays to the direct manager.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Culture, Employee Engagement, or a similar role.
  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination and candidate management.
  • Experience supporting internal events and employee engagement activities is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
