Our Saudi team is growing with our client work there, and consultants have been doing their own hiring between projects. That is slow, and it shows.
Phare is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Riyadh to run it.
Full-time, remote from anywhere in the Kingdom.
Your first months
First month: You agree each open role with the hiring partner, write the posting and set up a simple pipeline in our applicant tracking system.
By month three: You source and screen candidates, schedule case interviews, keep every candidate informed and keep the pipeline current.
By month six: You own hiring for analyst and consultant roles in Saudi Arabia and report time to hire each month.

- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field
- A year or more in recruitment or talent acquisition, agency or in-house
- Good judgement with candidates and partners alike
