Develop and administer field sales plans and processes to achieve revenue growth, enhance customer retention and acquisition, and increase lead conversion for a defined geographic region, product line or market segment in line with business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies

In this Talent Acquisition and Nationalization Expert position


  • Ensure consistent implementation of Resourcing initiatives, programs and tools including elements such as assessment and selection frameworks, integration with other processes and budgets
  • Ensure maintenance and development of resourcing and candidate tracking systems
  • Execute research on recruitment methods, channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Agencies, Universities) and selection tool.
  • Explore and contribute recruitment needs, role requirements and sourcing plan with Business Managers and oversee execution of the same
  • Ensure processes, policies and approaches are regularly refreshed to remove bias and prevent discrimination
  • Oversee effective workforce planning identifying and developing pipeline to meet current and future resourcing and business needs
  • Advice and coach plans and oversee execution of achievement of desired Employer Branding and promote DHL brand
  • Support implementation of guidelines and oversee implementation of Graduate /College Recruitment and Internship programs
  • Contribute to design frameworks and lead implementation of On-boarding processes and Induction programs
  • Resolve issues related to Resourcing, integration of key processes and data analytics
  • Act as the strategic lead for workforce nationalization initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and applicable local labor regulations.
  • Serve as the primary custodian of nationalization policies, requirements, and compliance obligations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and their impact on workforce planning.
  • Partner with Public Relations (PR), government relations, and business stakeholders to manage nationalization requirements for overseas and expatriate roles, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and implement nationalization plans, monitor progress against targets, and provide strategic recommendations to support workforce localization objectives.
  • Advise leadership on nationalization matters, including workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and regulatory compliance for local and expatriate hiring.
  • Keep up to date with industry best practices
