The System Engineer is responsible for developing, coordinating, and integrating system design and software engineering activities to ensure that project requirements are translated into effective technical solutions. The role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to define system architecture, develop design documentation, support software implementation, and ensure compliance with project, quality, and customer requirements.

Your Role – International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!
The System Engineer is responsible for developing, coordinating, and integrating system design and software engineering activities to ensure that project requirements are translated into effective technical solutions. The role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to define system architecture, develop design documentation, support software implementation, and ensure compliance with project, quality, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer and project requirements and translate them into system specifications and design requirements.
- Develop and maintain system architecture, functional specifications, interface definitions, and design documentation.
- Coordinate design activities across hardware, software, and engineering disciplines to ensure seamless system integration.
- Support software development activities, including requirements definition, design reviews, validation, and testing.
- Collaborate with software engineers to ensure system functionality, performance, reliability, and cybersecurity requirements are met.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, design reports, engineering calculations, and configuration records.
- Participate in system testing, factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and commissioning activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system design and software functionality.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, company procedures, and project requirements.
- Support project execution by providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of system architecture, requirements management, and system integration principles.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and engineering design processes.
- Experience with industrial automation, control systems, SCADA, PLCs, or related technologies is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
