Job Description
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Exchange environment.
- Manage Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and Group Policies (GPO).
- Manage and monitor Windows Server infrastructure.
- Administer VMware virtual environments (vSphere / ESXi).
- Perform backup and recovery operations to ensure data availability.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
- Apply security updates, patches, and system maintenance activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and operational reports.
