Real Estate Sales Consultant | استشاري مبيعات عقاريةإذا كنت تمتلك شغفًا بالمبيعات، وتجيد بناء العلاقات مع العملاء، ولديك خبرة في القطاع العقاري، فإننا نتطلع لانضمامك إلى فريقنا.
المتطلبات:خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في المبيعات العقارية.
مهارات عالية في التفاوض وإغلاق الصفقات.
القدرة على تحقيق المستهدفات البيعية.
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وخدمة العملاء.
إجادة استخدام أنظمة CRM (ويُفضل Odoo).
المسؤوليات:- استقبال العملاء وتقديم الاستشارات العقارية.
- متابعة العملاء المحتملين حتى إتمام عملية البيع.
- تحقيق الأهداف البيعية الشهرية.
- إعداد التقارير البيعية.
- التنسيق مع الأقسام ذات العلاقة لضمان أفضل تجربة للعملاء.
