Role Overview A high-visibility, executive-level role reporting directly to the Group CEO of a major conglomerate based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The position involves leading corporate strategy, managing complex business transformations, and directing the group-wide Project Management Office (PMO). Key Requirements & Logistics
  • Location: Jeddah, KSA (Permanent role).
  • Work Schedule: 6 working days per week.
  • Availability: Local talent (already inside KSA) who can join immediately or within 30 days.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience.
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Languages: Native/fluent in both Arabic and English (mandatory).
  • Preferred Assets: Background in management consulting and a PMP certification are highly advantageous.
Main Responsibilities
  • PMO Leadership: Direct the corporate PMO to ensure all projects align with the conglomerate's long-term strategy and the Group CEO's vision.
  • Governance & Standards: Establish robust project frameworks, performance metrics, and standardized PMO methodologies across multiple business units.
  • Executive Reporting: Monitor and report on the financial health, risks, and progress of major initiatives directly to executive leadership.
  • Strategic Planning: Translate high-level corporate goals into actionable project portfolios and optimize resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with subsidiary leaders to manage organizational change and resolve critical bottlenecks in multi-entity projects.
