The Role

As a Consultant within Accenture, you will help leading organizations across Transport, Aviation, Aerospace & Defense, Industrial and Retail sectors solve critical business challenges and drive transformation at scale.

You will work directly with senior client stakeholders on high-impact strategic initiatives spanning growth, performance, digital transformation, operational excellence, sustainability, and AI-enabled reinvention.

Key Responsibilities


  • Deliver strategic analyses and actionable recommendations for executive clients
  • Structure complex problems and translate data into business insights
  • Support large-scale transformation programs from strategy to execution
  • Develop operating models, business cases, and market assessments
  • Contribute to C-level presentations and client workshops
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams combining strategy, technology, data, and operations
  • Drive innovation and identify growth opportunities within priority industries


  • Preferred Sector Exposure

    Experience in one or several of the following industries:


  • Transport & Mobility
  • Aviation
  • Aerospace & Defense
  • Industrial Equipment & Manufacturing
  • Retail & Consumer Goods

  • Qualifications


  • Master’s degree from a top business or engineering school
  • 2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, transformation, or business development within leading international organizations.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
