About The Role

We are looking for a highly driven Strategy & Operations Lead to partner directly with the General Manager, KSA in building and scaling Huspy's real estate business in Saudi Arabia.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. You will help design the operating model, establish scalable processes, and drive strategic initiatives as we build the Saudi business from the ground up.

The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own

• Partner closely with the General Manager to define and execute the growth strategy for the Saudi market.
• Design and continuously optimize the operating model to support rapid business growth.
• Build, document, and implement scalable SOPs and operational processes across the business.
• Work closely with developers and strategic partners to establish and strengthen relationships within the Saudi real estate ecosystem.
• Design and optimize commission structures that effectively incentivize agent performance while supporting sustainable business growth.
• Support business planning, reporting, and P&L tracking to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze business performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional projects across Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance.
• Build dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks to monitor business health and growth.
• Support hiring and organizational planning as the Saudi team scales.
• Take ownership of high-priority strategic initiatives and ensure successful execution from concept to implementation.
  
  

The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy

• 3–4 years of experience in Consulting, Business Operations, or CEO Office roles.
• Experience working in high-growth startups, scale-ups, consulting, marketplace businesses, or proptech is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn strategy into execution.
• Experience designing operational processes, operating models, or business frameworks.
• Comfortable working with data and business performance metrics, including revenue and P&L reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to build processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
