Our client, a major Entertainment player based in Jeddah, KSA, is seeking a high-trust strategic leader to act as the "operational brain" for the CFO. This role is focused on driving the company’s transformation agenda through rigorous project governance and executive support.

Core Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the CFO’s master initiatives, including Finance Transformation, ERP implementation, and IPO readiness.
  • Strategic Governance: Convert high-level Board and Steering Committee discussions into actionable tasks with a 100% closure rate.
  • Executive Storytelling: Create high-impact Board decks, KPI dashboards, and financial trackers (Excel/Power BI).
  • Stakeholder Guard: Act as the CFO’s enforcer across HR, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure deadlines are met and risks are escalated.
  • Digital Leadership: Manage the office’s tech stack (Monday.com, ClickUp) to ensure digital transparency of all projects.
Candidate Profile

Category Requirement Experience 10+ years in PMO, Strategy, or a CFO/CEO office.

Education BA degree; PMP Certification and Consulting background highly preferred.Tech Skills Mastery of Monday.com, ClickUp, and Power BI is mandatory. Soft Skills Absolute discretion for confidential matters and "executive-quality" communication.
