Strategic Planning Specialist

JASARA PMC is seeking a Strategic Planning Specialist In this role, you will be responsible for the organization strategic planning services for Engineering Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide organizational strategic planning services for Engineering Services.

• Conduct reviews to identify strength and weaknesses and to evaluate operational effectiveness within Engineering Services.

• Run internal strategic initiatives for business improvement under Engineering Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning and business improvement across multiple sectors.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficient in using strategic planning tools and methodologies.
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and relevant project management software.
