About Beanz:

Beanz is a leading coffee tech platform connecting coffee enthusiasts with their favorite specialty coffee shops. Present in the UAE, Oman, Qatar & Bahrain, we partner with over 3,000 coffee shops, providing a seamless pre-ordering, loyalty, and digital experience for customers while supporting local café growth.

We are now looking for a driven and passionate Strategic Partnerships Executive to drive Beanz’s market growth in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new specialty coffee shops and cafés to the Beanz platform.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with café owners and decision-makers.
• Articulate the value proposition of Beanz to potential partners and present tailored partnership proposals.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and partner activation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales (F&B or tech platform background is a plus).
• Passionate about coffee culture and knowledgeable about the local café scene in Dammam.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-starter with a growth mindset and strong target orientation.
• Valid driving license.
• Fluency in Arabic. Fluency in English is a plus.
