A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:

• Responsible for receiving, storing, accounting and issuing of materials and supplies.

• Inspects suppliers' delivery of materials and supplies for conformity with quantity and quality specifications.

• Issues materials and supplies per approved requisitions.

• Keep records of materials received or issued.

• Initiates purchase requisitions for materials and supplies.

• Conducts monthly inventory of materials and supplies comparing stock card balances.

• Store separately special projects materials

• Maintains spare parts manuals, catalogues and list of suppliers.

• Prepares itemized weekly expense report for Purchasing Manager review.

• Attends to all type of materials and supplies requirement in the hotel premises, including any new additional / extensions to the hotel or any other properties maintained by the hotel.

• Ensures that the supplied uniform is clean and in good repair. Always maintain a clean and tidy appearance before entering a guest rooms or public areas.

• Observes prescribed safety standards. Helps maintain safe conditions for self and other.

• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
