Showroom Operations: Manage day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring an elevated customer experience and seamless sales processes.
Sales & Targets: Set, monitor, and achieve monthly sales targets and KPI metrics for the store and sales team.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule floor staff, sales associates, and customer support representatives.
Inventory & Merchandising: Oversee inventory levels, stock control, visual merchandising standards, and display setups according to brand guidelines.
Customer Relationship Management: Handle complex customer inquiries, special orders, and after-sales service/delivery resolutions efficiently.
Reporting: Prepare daily and monthly reports on sales, operational costs, inventory loss/damage, and foot traffic.

- إدارة المعرض: الإشراف المباشر على سير العمل اليومي داخل المعرض وضمان تقديم أفضل تجربة للعملاء.
- المبيعات والأهداف: وضع ومتابعة تحقيق المستهدفات البيعية (KPIs) الشهرية للفرع وفريق المبيعات.
- إدارة الفريق: توجيه وتدريب فريق العمل وممثلي المبيعات، وتنظيم الجداول والمهام اليومية.
- المخزون والعرض: متابعة حركة المخزون، والالتزام بمعايير العرض المرئي (Visual Merchandising) والتنسيق الداخلي للمعرض.
- خدمة العملاء: التعامل مع الطلبات الخاصة والاستفسارات المعقدة ومتابعة عمليات التوصيل والخدمات ما بعد البيع.
- التقارير: تقديم تقارير دورية للكتلة الإدارية تشمل نسبة المبيعات، حركة الإقبال، والأداء العام للمعرض.
- Location: Must currently reside in Riyadh, KSA (Mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of store management experience specifically within the furniture, home decor, or interior fit-out retail sector.
- Languages: Professional fluency in Arabic and English is strongly preferred.
- Skills: Strong sales leadership, inventory management systems experience, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 إلى 5 سنوات كمدير معرض خصيصاً في قطاع الأثاث، المفروشات، أو الديكور المنزلي.
- اللغات: إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بشكل ممتاز.
- المهارات: مهارات قيادية عالية، معرفة بأنظمة إدارة المخزون والمبيعات، ومهارات التواصل والتفاوض.
