Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects teams to ensure assigned projects are being completed within approved budget and timeline while meeting company business objectives.
- Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans.
- Collaborate with design teams to develop project plans, specifications, procedures and engineering designs.
- Guide cross-functional teams, review technical designs and engineering documentation.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor progress, provide financial control, and ensure the quality of the project.
- Provide all needed communication between the stakeholders and ensure that all necessary reviews and approvals are received.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to industry compliance and company safety guidelines.
- Act as primary technical point of contact for Stakeholders, delivering regular progress reports.
- Perform technical studies to analyze and refine project requirements.
- Assess the team and provide required guidance and development to improve their capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
- 5-10 years of progressive project engineering experience, including Fuel stations projects.
- Project Management Professional certificate is preferred.
- leadership, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
- Excellent computer skills, good knowledge with project management software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work to agreed deadlines and timescales.
- Demonstrated knowledge of health and safety guidelines.
- Ability to prioritize own time and workload.
