Specialist, Infrastructure

ROLE SUMMARY:

The IT Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for providing efficient administrative assistance to the IT team,ensuringsmooth operations within the department.This role encompasses managing daily office operations and supporting IT-specific administrative functions.It requires outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information effectively.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Create and coordinate master data, including creating PRs, tracking PRs for approval, placing orders by procurement, and delivering goods and services.
2.Provide documentation and service / GRN booking in SAP until it is available in Accounts Payable.
3.Verify the booking and vendor invoice in SAP following approval.
4.Efficient tracking of AMC renewals.
5.Assist in planning and organizing IT-related events, such as training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
6.Respond to emails and end-user issues.
7.Manage and maintain board meeting room, including connections, devices, etc.
8.Assist in managing relationships with IT vendors and suppliers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3 Years of experience in System Admin and support or related field.

SKILLS:

• L1 and L2 Technical Support for Outlook, Exchange, MS Teams, Printers.
• Manage Activity directory and DNS, File Sharing, Azur AD, Exchange Admin Center.
• Hands on experience in SAP (PR, SES creation, material request etc .. )
• Maintain and manage Board Meeting Room.
