CET Office Operations
- Coordinate appointments and meetings to manage CET calendars and schedules.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
- Greet visitors answer incoming phone calls for CET
- Support in organising company events and conferences such as offsite meetings and events for CET members
- Order stationery and IT equipment for CET Office for smooth function and operations
- Deal with correspondence, complaints, and queries
- Prepare letters, presentations, and reports for CET
- Process invoices and managing CET office budgets
- Maintain procedures and office administrative systems
- Support CET members with internal operations (vacation planning, prepare announcements, follow up with approvals etc)
