Specialist, Enterprise Project Management (1200)

Job Purpose

The EPMO Specialist supports the Enterprise Project Management Office in executing its five core functions: strategic alignment, executive reporting and oversight, PM methodology standardization, governance and compliance assurance, and capability building. The role provides day-to-day operational and analytical support to the EPMO Manager, ensuring EPMO processes, tools, and deliverables are maintained to a high standard and contribute to organizational project management maturity across SOPC.

• Assist in preparing portfolio and project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate project data from project teams to support oversight and decision-making.
• Maintain and update the EPMO's library of PM templates, process documents, and guidelines.
• Support governance activities including stage-gate reviews, project health checks, and compliance tracking.
• Coordinate the logistics and documentation for governance meetings, including preparation of materials and follow-up on action items.
• Assist in monitoring project adherence to approved PM standards and flag deviations to the EPMO Manager.
• Coordinate PM training sessions, workshops, and capability development activities.
• Maintain and update EPMO tools and systems, including ServiceNow SPM, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Support the alignment of project submissions to SOPC's strategic objectives by maintaining relevant tracking registers.
