Role Purpose
Ensure that materials for compliance are up to standards and requirements and that tests are completed according to established standard operating procedures (SOP) among other responsibilities, as cascaded by line manager, such as; tests are completed according to established standard operating procedures (SOP), Monitoring of BCL stability program and perform testing whenever required., Monitoring of chemical stocks used in the analysis and inform lab supervisor for required chemicals.
Job Accountabilities & Activities
Bachelor degree of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
Required Years Of Experience
Two years or more relevant experience in Pharmaceuticals or related industries

Job Accountabilities & Activities
- QC Analysts prepare/ sample and test samples from all phases of a manufacturing or other handling process, with the goal of determine if the substance/material meets the standards or requirements
- Prepare documentations/ technical reports for tests performed and any other adverse event
- Perform tests according to approved testing procedures
- May also perform instrument troubleshooting, calibration and repair whenever required
- Able to handle QC instruments and troubleshoot properly
- Support in Local and external Audit Programs
- Pass all internal and external audit without major observation related to human factors
- Collaborate in the qualification protocols and preparation of SOP’s and associated changes to procedures
- Good documentation practice
- Assist supervisor in the out of limit (OOL) investigation
- OOL investigation completion
- Perform inventory and requests for lab reagents and consumables
Bachelor degree of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
Required Years Of Experience
