ROLE MAIN PURPOSE
Will be responsible to support the development, implementation, and monitor of the performance and effectiveness of Kidana as a whole. And for assisting for driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and ensuring the achievement of strategic goals and objectives.
Key Activities
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATES / TECHNICAL CERTIFICATES: Professional and Technical Certificates (preferred): Certified Performance Management Professional (CPMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Strategic Management Professional (SMP)
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5+ years' experience as business performance specialist.
Will be responsible to support the development, implementation, and monitor of the performance and effectiveness of Kidana as a whole. And for assisting for driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and ensuring the achievement of strategic goals and objectives.
Key Activities
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement performance management frameworks and systems to monitor and evaluate Kidana's performance.
- Support to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress towards strategic goals.
- Collaborate with various departments to collect performance data, analyze trends, and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data to provide insights into organizational performance.
- Assist to develop comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership, board members, and stakeholders.
- Utilize data visualization techniques to effectively communicate performance metrics and trends.
- Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of performance goals and objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication and engagement with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and staff.
