Solutions Sales Specialist – Enterprise Platforms

Role Summary

We are hiring a Solutions Sales Specialist to drive growth of our fleet management platform and enterprise offerings. This role focuses more on enterprise platform solutions that gives clients real-time visibility and analytics over their fleets via the unified platform. We need someone who can sell enterprise solutions including the software, the recurring subscription, etc. to the customers in our targeted market.

The ideal candidate should have a background on selling enterprise solutions on a subscription/platform basis; for example enterprise SaaS software, ERP, telematics, or other recurring-revenue solutions — and understands how to run a longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead consultative, solution-based sales cycles: discover the client's operational pain points, map them to platform capabilities, and quantify the business value and ROI.
• Position and sell recurring / subscription-based offerings (SaaS-style platform licensing and data services), not only one-time hardware.
• Build a pipeline of platform / recurring-revenue opportunities and forecast accurately in the CRM.
• Sell Perfect Vision's fleet management platform and connected solutions (GPS tracking, telematics, and integrated devices) to enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Engage multiple stakeholders — fleet and operations managers, IT, HSE, and procurement — and navigate enterprise decision cycles.
• Prepare and deliver tailored demos, proposals, and commercial models (including subscription and per-vehicle pricing).
• Support account expansion — growing subscriptions, adding modules, and increasing connected devices per account over time.
• Work closely with technical and product teams to scope platform integrations.
• Stay current on fleet technology, telematics, and enterprise software trends in the Saudi market.
  
  

Requirements

• 2–5 years of sales experience in solutions, SaaS, ERP, fleet/telematics platforms, or subscription-based products.
• Experience selling software, platforms, or recurring-revenue solutions rather than only physical products.
• Ability to run consultative sales cycles and articulate value / ROI to both business and technical buyers.
• Comfortable engaging enterprise stakeholders across operations, IT, and procurement.
• Strong presentation, demo, and proposal skills, with the confidence to lead a room.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
