We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise technology solutions that support business growth and digital transformation. The role combines architecture governance, cloud technologies, ERP and CRM integration, and stakeholder engagement to ensure scalable, secure, and future-ready IT solutions

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable IT solutions aligned with business objectives and long-term technology strategy.
  • Define and maintain solution architecture standards, frameworks, and blueprints.
  • Establish and govern architecture documentation, implementation plans, and integration standards.
  • Apply and promote TOGAF methodologies and enterprise architecture best practices.
  • Design data management and integration solutions across ERP, CRM, and enterprise platforms.
  • Collaborate with business, development, infrastructure, and vendor teams to deliver technology solutions.
  • Develop architecture models using ArchiMate, UML, ER Modelling, and BPMN 2.0.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance throughout project lifecycles.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and lead proof-of-concept initiatives in areas such as AI, IoT, and cloud solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.





Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience as a Solution Architect delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong experience with CRM, ERP, and enterprise integration platforms including Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience designing cloud and SaaS architectures across Azure, AWS, Oracle OCI, or SAP BTP environments.
  • TOGAF certification is required.
  • Azure Cloud and Solution Architect certifications are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in ArchiMate, UML, ER Modelling, and BPMN 2.0.
  • Strong understanding of solution architecture, cloud architecture, DevOps, integration, and data management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills with the ability to influence diverse technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and communication capabilities.
