INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking Site Safety Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Saudi Aramco HSE requirements and must have a proven track record of working as a Site Safety Manager on Saudi Aramco projects. The candidate should be Aramco-approved and capable of supervising on-site safety activities to ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
What You’ll Lead And Deliver
- Lead and manage all safety activities on-site to ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco’s HSE requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the project’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) plans, ensuring alignment with Saudi Aramco standards and local regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
- Organize and conduct safety training programs for all employees and subcontractors, promoting a strong safety culture on-site.
- Investigate accidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans, ensuring all personnel are familiar with procedures and protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of safety performance metrics, incidents, and training activities; prepare and present safety reports to management.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of project execution.
- Supervise safety personnel on-site, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations during all phases of construction.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in site safety management, with a focus on EPC projects.
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco HSE requirements and regulations.
- Aramco approval as a Site Safety Manager is mandatory.
- Certification in Health and Safety Management (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental management principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficient in conducting safety risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
- Strong skills in investigating incidents and accidents, with experience in implementing corrective actions.
- Familiarity with local and international safety standards and regulations, particularly those of Saudi Aramco.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in promoting a safety-first culture on-site.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with all levels of personnel.
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
- A meticulous approach to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders to enhance safety performance.
