Ecolab Downstream is seeking a Site Coordinator to provide support for daily operational activities at the customer site.

What You Will Do

• Oversee customer bulk and commodity deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers to arrange drop-shipment deliveries to the site.
• Perform required administrative tasks related to gate pass preparation and follow-up.
• Escort bulk trucks within the refinery in compliance with site safety regulations, including flagman and work permit receiver requirements.
• Coordinate with the customer warehouse regarding demand requirements and minimum stock levels, and provide weekly updates to the manager.
• Maintain consistent inventory levels and support the prevention of stockouts.
  
  

Position Details

• Site Coordinator to support daily operational activities at the customer site, including chemical unloading/offloading, receiving supplier trucks, facilitating site access, and managing customer bulk and commodity deliveries.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics coordination.
  
  

Physical Demands

• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 years of experience in logistics coordination within the oil and gas industry.
• Previous experience in refinery or petrochemical environments in Saudi Arabia.
