Implement controls for fire safety, chemical storage, ergonomics, and occupational health in non-make environments.
Monitor contractor and transporter compliance with SHE standards.

    3. Road Safety

Monitor driver behavior, vehicle conditions, and compliance with journey management protocols.
Lead initiatives to reduce road traffic incidents and improve fleet safety performance.

    4. Training & Capability Building

Deliver SHE training for office staff, warehouse teams, and transport partners.
Promote awareness campaigns on health, safety, and environmental topics.
Support emergency preparedness drills and first-aid training.

    5. Performance Monitoring

Track SHE KPIs for non-make operations (e.g., incident rates, near misses, road safety metrics).
Prepare monthly reports and share insights for continuous improvement.
Support sustainability initiatives related to waste, energy, and carbon reduction in offices and warehouses.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
