We are looking for a skilled Shawarma Chef responsible for preparing high-quality shawarma and related menu items in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent taste, proper food preparation, hygiene standards, and excellent presentation.

We are looking for a skilled Shawarma Chef responsible for preparing high-quality shawarma and related menu items in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent taste, proper food preparation, hygiene standards, and excellent presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook shawarma (chicken and/or meat) according to company recipes and standards.
- Marinate, slice, and grill meat using proper techniques.
- Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation at all times.
- Monitor food quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Follow food safety and HACCP standards.
- Assist in managing stock and reporting shortages.
- Work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality.
- Previous experience as a Shawarma Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine and grilling techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to hygiene and food safety standards.
