About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional to take a strategic role in shaping platform architecture, governance, and enterprise-wide standards. You’ll work closely with business and technology leaders to drive platform maturity, optimise performance, and ensure alignment with the organisation’s long-term technology strategy.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Define and enforce platform architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Lead architecture reviews and drive platform consistency and optimisation.
  • Manage technical debt and support continuous platform improvement.
  • Serve as the ServiceNow Impact Architect, providing strategic guidance on platform maturity, adoption, and value realisation.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning and enterprise platform strategy.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the platform aligns with business objectives.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect.
  • Strong expertise in platform governance, architecture standards, and enterprise platform strategy.
  • Experience defining and enforcing architecture principles and governance frameworks across large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to lead architecture reviews, manage technical debt, and drive platform standardisation and optimisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior business and technology leaders.
  • Must be based in Saudi Arabia or willing to work on-site in the Kingdom.


What Will Make You Stand Out

  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Impact or platform health assessments.
  • Strong knowledge of CMDB/CSDM and integration architecture.
  • Experience working with enterprise or government clients in KSA or the wider GCC.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage.
