Purpose of the position: As a [Senior Training Officer] you will be part of the [HR Dept.] within [Training and Development]. You will support [Training and Saudization Activities]

How can you support us?

• Identify Training needs through Job Analysis, Performance Reviews and Consultation with Managers.
• Coordinate and Schedule Internal and External Training Sessions.
• Evaluate the Effectiveness of Training Programs through Feedback and Performance Metrics.
• Manage the Training Budget and Maintain Training Records.
• Collaborate with Department Heads to align Training with Organizational Goals.
  
  

What are we looking for?

Education: Bachelor / Master’s Degree in: (Business Administration or equivalent)

Background: (2-4 years of experience) as a (Training & Development)

Languages: English / Arabic

Technical Knowledge: Excel - Power Bi - Communication and Presentation Skills

What else should you know? Some Travelling will be expected within (Saudi)
