The Role / Opportunity

The Senior Team Manager will be responsible to manage the three self-directing, multi-functional teams of the Category 3 Rendering Plant and process it within the standard operating procedures to meet product standards, in the most efficient manner while complying with safety standards and management performance parameters.

The candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 1 year of experience in an ISO/ HACCP accredited Rendering Plant, supplying EU-categorized product to first-world countries in a position similar to Team Manager.
• Ability to speak, write and read English fluently.
• Microsoft experience of Excel, Word and Power Point
