Senior Storekeeper

Job Purpose

• responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling inventory while ensuring stock accuracy, SAP compliance, FIFO/FEFO execution, and warehouse operational efficiency.

Description

• Oversee all activities related to receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking beverages and supplies.
• Lead a team of storekeepers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
• Manage inventory levels by implementing minimum and maximum stock levels, forecasting demand, and coordinating with purchasing to ensure timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to maintain accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, usage trends, and potential stockouts to support informed decision-making.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize inventory management practices
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the warehouse or distribution centre. Adhere to all company safety protocols and regulations.

Qualification

• Diploma, Bachelor in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• 2–5 years
