The Hospitality Business Unit is developing a portfolio of hotel assets central to this vision. As these assets progress, we are seeking experienced professionals to help deliver them to the highest standards of design quality, guest experience and commercial performance.
In this role, you will provide high-level executive, operational and coordination support to the Hospitality BU Lead, ensuring effective management of leadership time, priorities and executive office operations. Acting as a trusted Executive Assistant and central coordination hub, you will enable seamless alignment, communication, and follow-through across stakeholders, supporting the delivery of business-critical and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the HBU Lead’s diary, ensuring effective prioritisation of meetings and engagements
- Manage a complex executive diary, ensuring prioritization of strategic, operational and governance commitments
- Coordinate travel, including itineraries, logistics and required materials
- Support preparation for meetings, including agendas, briefing notes and presentations
- Coordinate meetings and track actions, ensuring timely follow-up and closure
- Maintain a well-organised and professional Executive Office environment
- Liaise with internal teams (Facilities, IT, Admin) to support day-to-day office needs
- Act as a coordination point for stakeholders, supporting communication and scheduling
- Assist in drafting communications and handling correspondence
- Maintain documentation, filing systems and records
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
- Exposure to working with senior stakeholders
- Experience in a fast-paced or professional environment
- Strong organisational and diary management skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
