Senior Specialist CCU - Transportation (DEL 3)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated Senior Specialist for the CCU Operator - Transportation (DEL 3) role to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating transportation planning, design, and delivery activities within the CCU (Construction Coordination Unit) to ensure the successful execution of Qiddiya’s infrastructure projects.

The Senior Specialist will lead transportation-related tasks, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and assist in overseeing the delivery phase of transportation infrastructure to meet project schedules, quality standards, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee transportation design and construction activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to support smooth project execution and resolve issues related to transportation infrastructure.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables within the transportation scope.
• Support risk management, quality assurance, and safety procedures related to transportation projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to update project management and stakeholders on progress and challenges.
• Ensure alignment between transportation designs and overall masterplan objectives.
• Participate in project meetings, technical reviews, and site inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in transportation infrastructure planning, design, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of transportation engineering principles, standards, and best practices.
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or urban development projects is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with transportation design software and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proven track record of managing complex transportation projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to transportation and infrastructure.
