How You’ll Make An Impact
- Plan, organize, and control resources for business projects within the manufacturing plant.
- Develop detailed project schedules and define project scope aligned with business needs.
- Oversee project implementation, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Monitor project status, including cost, timing, and staffing, reporting to management and stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, conduct financial forecasting, and maintain cost controls.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation for reporting and auditing purposes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Proven expertise in project lifecycle management and financial oversight.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with transformer technology is preferred.
