The Senior Project Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the full lifecycle management of complex, high-impact projects within the organization. Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of proven project management experience in a leadership capacity, demonstrating a progressive increase in responsibility
- Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Lean, including applicable certifications (e.g., PMP, ACP)
- Comprehensive knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure projects are delivered within allocated financial resources
- Expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies, with a documented history of addressing potential challenges proactively
- Outstanding understanding of stakeholder engagement techniques and ability to manage diverse teams across multiple geographies
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights that drive project success
- Demonstrated capability in change management practices, enabling adaptability to evolving project dynamics and organizational changes
- Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills, with a track record of facilitating consensus in high-stakes environments
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations
- Develop detailed project plans, documentation, and schedules to outline all phases of project development and responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to define project objectives, key deliverables, and performance metrics
