Senior Project Director - Residential

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Director - Residential to lead and manage our residential construction projects with a focus on delivering high-quality, innovative, and sustainable housing solutions. In this senior role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards.

The Senior Project Director will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives to optimize project performance. Responsibilities

• Take ownership of residential project portfolios, managing all aspects including planning, execution, budgeting, and delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams to enhance productivity and ensure excellence in project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure project alignment with strategic objectives.
• Create and enforce project management best practices, standards, and controls.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard project success.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role in residential projects.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering large-scale residential developments.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s regulatory environment and construction standards is an advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Saudi Nationals are preferred.
