We are building digital platforms that turn data into products. These products are sold through APIs, subscriptions, and enterprise agreements, in a highly regulated environment.
We are looking for a Saudi Senior Product Analyst to help turn business ideas into clear product requirements, and to measure how those products perform after launch. You will work daily with Product Managers, engineers, commercial teams, and legal and regulatory stakeholders.

We are looking for a Saudi Senior Product Analyst to help turn business ideas into clear product requirements, and to measure how those products perform after launch. You will work daily with Product Managers, engineers, commercial teams, and legal and regulatory stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Requirements and delivery
- Write clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria from high-level product ideas.
- Keep the product backlog organized, and help the team decide what to build first.
- Answer questions from engineers during sprint planning and development.
- Run User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and confirm that delivered features match the agreed requirements.
- Track how customers use the product: adoption, active users, transaction volumes, and revenue.
- Build and maintain dashboards that show product health to the team and to leadership.
- Find patterns, gaps, and improvement opportunities in the data, and turn them into recommendations.
- Run post-release analysis after each launch and share what worked and what did not.
- Research competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
- Collect and organize customer feedback from commercial teams and turn it into product improvements.
- Prepare business cases and reports that help leadership decide where to invest.
- Make sure product requirements follow PDPL (Saudi Personal Data Protection Law), internal data governance rules, cybersecurity standards, and sector regulations.
What we are looking for (required)
- 2–4 years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Management, or Data Analysis for digital products.
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven ability to write clear requirements and user stories that engineers can build from.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of SQL and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams.
- Professional written and spoken English. Arabic is required.
- Certification in Business Analysis (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP) or Product Management.
- Experience with API-based platforms or data products.
- Background in government, fintech, or enterprise data environments.
- Practical knowledge of data monetization models such as APIs, subscriptions, and bundled offerings.
- Experience working under PDPL or similar data privacy regulations.
