About The Role
Are you an experienced aviation logistics leader with the ability to build resilient, compliant, and high‑performing warehouse and logistics operations?
In this role, you will lead and oversee all logistics and warehousing activities supporting maintenance and operational requirements. You will ensure that materials, rotables, expendables, consumables, and tools are received, stored, controlled, and distributed efficiently while maintaining full regulatory compliance and material traceability.
You will be responsible for end‑to‑end logistics planning to support scheduled maintenance, daily operations, and AOG events, ensuring continuous material readiness at central and outstation supply points.
The role includes managing bonded warehouse operations, customs clearance, inbound and outbound logistics, international shipping, and last‑mile delivery.
Importantly, you will lead strategic partnerships with freight forwarders, 3PLs, customs brokers, and transportation providers, driving performance through defined KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
In addition, you will play a key role in developing logistics strategies, contingency plans, and sustainability initiatives while optimizing inventory value, logistics costs, and operational KPIs.

About You
Degree qualified,you will demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of experience in aviation logistics and warehouse operations, with proven expertise managing logistics networks, bonded warehouses, and material control functions within a regulated environment.
You will bring strong experience supporting MRO activities, AOG response, and compliance with aviation regulatory bodies such as GACA, EASA, FAA, and IATA.
In addition, you will be recognized for your leadership capability, strategic mindset, and ability to drive continuous improvement while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
We’d love to hear from you even more if you have experience managing large teams, multiple supply locations, and complex logistics operations, alongside strong budget ownership and cost optimization experience. Proficiency in ERP systems, AMOS, and warehouse management systems is essential.
