- AI & Analytics Strategy and Execution
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI models and analytics solutions.
- Ensure the viability and scalability of AI solutions across clients and sectors.
- Business Development & Client Engagement
- Identify new business opportunities aligned with Data & AI capabilities.
- Engage clients to understand requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Manage relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Product Development and Support
- Collaborate with product teams to transform successful client solutions into scalable products.
- Provide technical oversight and support to ensure product robustness.
- Data Engineering and Platform Enablement
- Guide the development of open data collection frameworks and data pipelines.
- Promote best practices in data structuring and analytics enablement
- Project Management
- Oversee delivery of multiple Data & AI projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and business value.
- Mitigate risks and resolve roadblocks in project execution.
- P&L and Performance Management
- Own the revenue, cost, and profitability targets for the unit.
- Track performance against sales targets and delivery metrics.
