Senior IT Analyst

Description

Job Purpose:

To support the Data Analytics function by extracting, analyzing, validating, and interpreting data to develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, visualizations, and actionable insights that support clinical, operational, and corporate decision-making across Fakeeh Care Group.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
• Extract, clean, validate, and prepare data from approved sources for analysis and reporting.
• Develop, maintain, and update dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Support KPI definition, calculation, validation, and performance reporting.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and reliability in reports, dashboards, and analytics outputs.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and issue follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and corporate stakeholders to understand data requirements and reporting needs.
• Support data governance activities, including data definitions, standardization, and documentation of approved reporting logic.
• Conduct advanced analytics, statistical analysis, and modeling where applicable.
• Communicate analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Document data sources, business rules, calculations, assumptions, and report specifications.
• Support testing and validation of new dashboards, reports, analytics products, and data integrations.
• Participate in data governance audits, compliance activities, and data quality improvement initiatives.
• For Senior IT Analyst: Handle complex analyses with greater independence and engage directly with stakeholders to define requirements, validate outputs, and provide recommendations.
• For Senior IT Analyst: Mentor junior analysts and support the delivery of assigned analytics initiatives.

Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong data extraction, analysis, validation, and interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualization.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into reporting outputs.
• Knowledge of data quality validation, reconciliation, and standardization.
• Good understanding of data governance and reporting documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  
  

Experience

IT Analyst: Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data analysis, or a relevant field.

Senior IT Analyst: Minimum 4–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data analysis, or a relevant field, including experience in complex analysis, stakeholder engagement, dashboard/report development, and mentoring or guiding junior team members.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Language

Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.

Licenses / Certifications

Preferred certifications:

• Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
• Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
• Google Business Intelligence Professional
• Google Data Analytics Professional
  
  

Project Management Professional (PMP) — preferred for Senior IT Analyst.
