The Role:

To ensure that the Hail Poultry site Health, Safety & Security Performance and control is managed and maintained in-line with the Almarai HSS policy, and to oversee the Poultry sales HSS.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HSS Discipline; NEBOSH Certificate or Post Graduate Certificate in Health, Safety/Security or similar technical member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (Tech SP) Or Graduate Member of JOSH - (GRADOSH), or OSHA.

• Minimum of 7-10 years as HSS Manager for an organization; Minimum 10 years’ experience as HSS Manager in a Poultry Factory; Possess a minimum 5 years of senior management experience in risk and fire prevention

• Competencies such as; Customer Focus; Financial Acumen; Decision Quality: Optimizes Work Processes; Accountability; Drive Results; Collaboration; Develop Talent; Communicates Effectively; Integrity & Trust; Self-Awareness; Situational Adaptability; Excellent technical knowledge of food manufacturing; Good knowledge of international codes and standards relating to security and access systems and Prevention NFPA , FPA , LPC; Trained in incident command and able to deal safety and security with all types of incidents , fire explosion , chemical and incidents resulting in causalities; Ability to investigate accidents; ISO 45001
