Job Description
The role of the Senior Executive Assistant (SEA), within the CPMO Project Department in Tabuk, KSA, is responsible for leading and managing administrative operations that support efficient project delivery and organizational effectiveness. The SEA is responsible for overseeing all administrative functions that enable the effective operation of project teams and business units. The role ensures the efficient delivery of office services, document management, reporting, scheduling, onboarding support, and stakeholder coordination.
The SEA will establish and maintain robust administrative processes, supervise administrative personnel, coordinate service providers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and support successful project execution.

Job Description
The role of the Senior Executive Assistant (SEA), within the CPMO Project Department in Tabuk, KSA, is responsible for leading and managing administrative operations that support efficient project delivery and organizational effectiveness. The SEA is responsible for overseeing all administrative functions that enable the effective operation of project teams and business units. The role ensures the efficient delivery of office services, document management, reporting, scheduling, onboarding support, and stakeholder coordination.
The SEA will establish and maintain robust administrative processes, supervise administrative personnel, coordinate service providers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and support successful project execution.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage administrative support functions across the department.
- Coordinate office operations, facilities, workspace requirements, and support services.
- Oversee document control, records management, and information governance processes.
- Support team coordination, meeting management, scheduling, and logistics requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and administrative governance requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, system access requirements, and employee administrative support.
- Maintain reporting, tracking, filing, and administrative management systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance administrative efficiency, quality, and service delivery.
- Support cross-functional coordination and communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate administrative support for project and business operations.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience leading administrative functions within large projects, program, or corporate environments.
- Experience managing administrative teams, workflows, and office support functions.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, construction, or major project environments is preferred
- Strong organizational, planning, and coordination capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team supervision capabilities.
- Knowledge of records management, document control, and administrative governance practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and administrative management systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
- Experience developing and implementing efficient administrative processes and procedures.
