The Senior Director of Human Resources will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, providing high-level direction and oversight in the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and support business objectives. Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Strong expertise in developing and executing HR strategies that drive organizational success.
- Proven experience in change management and leading organizational transformations.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and compliance issues.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships across various levels of the organization.
- Experience utilizing HR metrics and analytics to drive strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performance teams.
- Proficient in talent acquisition, including executive search and succession planning strategies.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and culture-building initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
